As part of our commitment to creating a positive, productive, and safe learning environment for all our students, we have established a set of school rules. These rules are designed to ensure that every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy their time at our school. We kindly ask students, parents, and staff to familiarise themselves with these guidelines and help us maintain a respectful and supportive school community.

  1. Respect and kindness: Treat everyone with respect and kindness. This includes fellow students, teachers, and staff. Bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

  1. Attendance and punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial for continuous learning and development. If a student must be absent, parents are asked to inform the school in advance.

  1. Participation: Students are expected to actively participate in class and school activities. Engagement in the learning process enhances understanding and retention of knowledge.

  1. Language use: While the primary language of instruction is Polish, we encourage the use of Polish at all times within the school to enhance language skills and create an immersive learning environment.

  1. Respect for property: Respect for school property and the belongings of others is fundamental. Vandalism, theft, or damage to property will not be tolerated.

  1. Dress Code: Students should wear appropriate and comfortable clothing suitable for a learning environment. Any specific requirements for physical education or events will be communicated in advance.

7.. Electronic Devices:  The use of electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.) is restricted during class time, except when used for educational purposes and with the teacher’s permission.

  1. Safety: Safety is our top priority. Students are expected to follow all safety guidelines during school hours and on school trips.

  1. Communication: Open and respectful communication between students, parents, and teachers is key to resolving any issues and supporting student progress. We encourage parents to stay in touch with teachers and participate in school meetings and events.

By adhering to these rules, we can all contribute to a nurturing and dynamic learning environment. Let’s work together to make our Polish Saturday School in London a place where culture, language, and community thrive.

Thank you for your cooperation and support. Let’s have a wonderful school year filled with learning, growth, and fun!
